Where do you deliver?
We only deliver to mainland France, to your home or to a relay point.
What are the delivery costs?
We only deliver to mainland France, to your home or to a collection point. The delivery fee is €7 for all orders under €100. Delivery is free for orders over €100.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 72 working hours after validation.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is shipped.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
What are the return conditions?
Products must be unused.
How to request a return?
Visit our page dedicated to returns and fill out the form specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
Who covers the return costs?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A label will be provided and the cost will be deducted from the refund.
When will I be reimbursed?
The refund will be made after receipt and verification of the returned product, within 7 to 10 working days.

Where is your jewelry made?
Our jewelry is designed in France and South Korea. They are manufactured in South Korea, in collaboration with workshops selected for their expertise, high quality standards, and responsible practices.
What materials do you use?
Our creations are made of gold or silver plate, with meticulous finishing. We also use freshwater pearls and carefully selected natural stones.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To preserve their shine, avoid contact with water, perfumes, or chemicals. Store your jewelry in its case, away from humidity and direct light.
Do you offer personalized jewelry?
This service is not yet available, but we are working on it. Please contact us with any specific requests.
